Yet another PaleOMG recipe. Chili fries! I left out most of the pepper because it called for a TON. And it still managed to tear up my stomach a bit, but I don’t care. I’ll make it again, it was tasty!
It’s kinda too hot for chili right now–heat records being set and all. I guess I just got sick of salads and cold stuff, though. It was a necessary evil.

Here’s how I spent MY 4th of July!
Adam Brown and it took me 52 and a half minutes.
- 200lb deadlifts (I won’t ever go that heavy for that WOD ever again.)
- 95lbs bench press
- 100lb squat cleans

I ended up eating all kinds of bad things. Buns, chips, cheesedip, and alcohol. Fail.
I didn’t get home ’till 11. And I slept for about 4 hours and got up and taught my pump class. So glad it’s Thursday…
In conclusion– If you are going to have a huge cheat day, try not to do it after the hardest workout ever and try not to consume inappropriate amounts of recreational beverages when you have to work and teach pump the next day at 5:15AM.
