I’m going to make this entry short and sweet.
Sorry. Anyways, I forgot to blog my snatch practice videos!!! So here they are:
I am trying to learn how to squat snatch. It’s such an awkward lift to me… Working on it.
I think Ben said “Good Pull” after I fell on my butt. So that’s good. He was holding the PVC pipe there to keep me from pushing the bar away from me. I am not so great at keeping it close yet. And my balance is pretty sucky. Obviously. In my defense, I was pretty dang tired at that point.
I think forgot to mention it, but this month’s “Excercise of the Month” is wall sits. For 5 minutes a day. I’m at 100 minutes already, so hopefully I will be done with this nonsense if the very near future.
